Unwind and Inspire was originally written as a program to help some of the highest stress populations learn how to safely and effectively deal with workplace stress. After successfully deliver this program to PTSD stricken First Responders throughout Alberta we decided to help people from every walk of life learn to work through their stress in a safe and effective manner.

Unwind and Inspire

Unwind and Inspire is 6 WEEK program designed for anyone looking to lower their daily stress level. This program was created in partnership with leading psychologists in the fields of Post Traumatic Stress, and workplace stress. To create a program that focuses on Post Traumatic Growth and learning to regulate daily stressors.

How do I know if this program is right for me?

Stress effects over 60% of Albertans. With this in mind, we have created this program to help alleviate the effects that stress has on you in your day-to-day life. If you experience stress in any capacity this program will help you learn to identify your stressors as well as healthy ways to help deal with the stress!

I don't have enough time already, how much time will I need to commit to this program, life is busy!

This program is self paced, so you can take in as much or little of the program as you have time for. If you were to complete each activity and workout, the time committment varies day by day, but typically on workout days you would be 30-45 minutes, and on non-workout days you can expect 5-10 minutes of reading/learning.

I've tried meditation programs before and they are not my jam, is that what this is?

Simply put, no. This is not just a meditation program, every person has a unique and beautiful way to deal with stress so with this in mind, we have created a program that outlines several of the popular modalities to deal with stress. With that said, we also dive into some of the less "main-stream" strategies to deal with stress in the moment, as well as tools to deal with stressors long-term.
